1. Entry Period: The entry period for the Promotion begins at 4:00:00 PM ET August 29, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET January 14, 2009 ("Entry Period").
2. Entry Requirements: To enter the Promotion, you must have: (i) internet access; (ii) an email account; and (iii) an Entry Code (see “Get an Entry Code” below for how to get an Entry Code). The entry code will allow you to enter both the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion and the Instant-Win portion of the Promotion, as described more fully below.
3. Get an Entry Code: Look for an alphanumeric game code ("Entry Code”) available in specially-marked packages of Sara Lee Soft & Smooth Bakery products produced for this Promotion during the Entry Period, while supplies last. To receive one (1) free Entry Code without purchase, while supplies last, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Interactive Engagement, Attn: Sara Lee HSM3 Entry Code Request, P.O. Box 3393, Duluth, GA 30096. Requests must be postmarked by December 31, 2008 and received by January 7, 2009. Limit one (1) free Entry Code per request; one (1) request per postmarked outer envelope. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests accepted. Sponsor, Sara Lee Bakery Corporation, and Administrator assume no liability for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, or postage due mail or requests.

4. Sweepstakes

   • How To Enter: During the Entry Period, go online to WWW.THEJOYOFEATING.COM (the “Web Site”) and follow onscreen instructions to enter the alpha numeric Entry Code and gain access to the Promotion Web Site. After you supply and submit all requested information, and your submission is received, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing described in Rule 5, below. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per each verified Entry Code entered. Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address per day.
     • Minors: If you are under 13 years of age, you will be asked to enter a parent's or legal guardian's email address when entering the Sweepstakes. Your parent or legal guardian must consent to your participation in the Promotion through a process that the Sponsor will initiate. Any notification to your parent/legal guardian that is returned as undeliverable, or if your parent/legal guardian fails to notify the Sponsor of his/her intent to allow your participation by January 14, 2009, your entry(ies) (in the Sweepstakes and in the Instant-Win game described below) will not be valid.

     • Instant Win Game

       How to enter: After completing the entry process for the Sweepstakes, you will be prompted to play the Instant Win Game. Follow the on-screen instructions for an opportunity to play the Promotion’s Instant Win Game (the “Game”) for a chance to win one (1) of the Game Prizes offered in this Promotion. Exactly 120,250 random, computer-generated winning dates and times, one for each Game Prize, will be determined in advance of the promotion, and will be generated accordingly during the Entry Period. If you are the first player to play the Game at or after any one (1) of the randomly generated times, your Game play will reveal that you are a potential winner and you will receive instructions on how to claim the specified prize. All prize awards are subject to verification of winning Game play and Entry Code, eligibility, and the terms of these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Game play per each verified Entry Code entered. Participants must play the Game immediately following the completion of the Sweepstakes entry process. The Game ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 14, 2009.

       To Claim Instant Win Prizes: Each potential Game prize winner will receive a “Prize Confirmation Notice” on screen during his/her online session. If you are notified online that you are a potential winner of the following Game prize: six (6) movie tickets tickets to see Disney’s High School Musical 3: Senior Year and six (6) Lunch Bag Goody Bags, you, or your parent or legal guardian, as appropriate, will be sent a confirmation message by email and you or your parent or legal guardian, as appropriate, will be prompted to provide a fulfillment address. Such Game prizes requiring a fulfillment address will be sent to each winner by U.S. Postal Mail at the postal address provided by you. Any winner notification returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address may result in prize forfeiture. Only those Entrants who have received the confirmation message are potentially eligible to win such prize. If prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. If you are notified online that you are a potential winner of the following Game prize: one (1) High School Musical 3 Music Download, follow the online instructions to receive your prize. Unclaimed instant win prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, and/or outdated information obtained during the Promotion. It is the responsibility of the participants to make sure their information is accurate.

       Verification of Instant Win Game Play: All Game plays are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Verification of potential winning Game play is based in part upon receipt of a valid confirmation message via email. Limit one (1) Game prize (except music download prize) per person, household, and/or email address for the duration of the Promotion. If you are notified online that you are a potential winner of the following Game prize: six (6) movie tickets to see Disney’s High School Musical 3: Senior Year and six (6) Lunch Bag Goody Bags, and you do not receive a confirmation message via email, then you did not have a winning Game play and are not a potential winner of such instant win prize for that Game Play. Proof of screen shot with winning message does not constitute proof of winning. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other alleged evidence of winning.

5. Sweepstakes Drawing: From among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received in accordance with these Rules: on or about January 31, 2009, one (1) potential grand prize winner and ten (10) first prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The random drawing to determine the potential Grand Prize Winner and First Prize winners will be conducted by the Administrator. Winning entries will be determined by random drawing and not by correlation to particular Entry Codes or times entries were received.

6. Sweepstakes Drawing Winner Notification: Potential grand prize winner and first prize winners or their parents or legal guardians as appropriate will be notified by Sponsor or its agents at the discretion of the Sponsor by phone or e-mail at the phone number or email address provided upon registration in the Promotion and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a release of liability, applicable federal tax forms and, where legal, a publicity release, within seven (7) days of notification.

   If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner fails to timely return any required documents, or in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules or any other requirements, the corresponding prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining entries.

7. All entries become property of Sponsor: All entries in the Sweepstakes and in the Instant-Win game become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry, provided such account holder is eligible to participate under the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization; e.g., business, educational, institution, etc., responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner, or his/her parent or legal guardian if potential winner is a minor, may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry and is otherwise eligible to participate.

8. Prizes, Approximate Retail Values (“ARVs”), and Odds of Winning:

   • Sweepstakes Prizes:

     • One (1) Grand Prize: Odds of winning the grand prize will depend on total number of eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period.
     • One (1) grand prize will be awarded consisting of a $5,000.00 check, a private movie screening of Disney’s High School Musical 3: Senior Year for up to 100 guests, a celebrity visit from Corbin Bleu at the private screening of Disney’s High School Musical 3: Senior Year (the “Celebrity Private Screening”), one (1) Lunch Bag Goody Bag for each guest, and lunch, beverages and snacks served to each guest. Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $10,300.00. If the Winner of the Grand Prize is eighteen (18) years of age or older, such Winner must designate an individual between the ages of five (5) and eighteen (18) years of age to host the Celebrity Private Screening (the ”Host”). The Grand Prize Celebrity Private Screening will be held at a date, time period and location as scheduled by Sponsor. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility including, but not limited to, transportation and parking. The Winner, Host (if applicable) and Guests or their parents/legal guardians, as appropriate, of the Celebrity Private Screening must sign a consent to publicity (where permitted by law), liability waiver, and release form as a condition of attending the Celebrity Private Screening. Winner, Host (if applicable) and all Guests of the Celebrity Private Screening agree to observe all Federal, state, and/or local laws, rules or regulations as a condition of participating in the Celebrity Private Screening. If the Celebrity Private Screening or any component thereof is unable to take place as scheduled for any reason, including but not limited to lack of mutually agreeable dates, cancellation, preemption, postponement, or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor or The Walt Disney Company, Sponsor's and The Walt Disney Company’s sole responsibility will be to award the remaining available portion of the Celebrity Private Screening, and no substitution will be provided for any unawarded portion of the Celebrity Private Screening. Grand Prize may not be exchanged for cash.
     • Ten (10) First Prizes: Odds of winning one (1) of the ten (10) First Prizes will depend on total number of entries received by the end of the Entry Period.

       Ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded each consisting of a $2,000 check, a private screening of Disney’s High School Musical 3: Senior Year (the “Private Screening”) for up to 50 guests, lunch, beverages, snacks and one (1) Lunch Bag Goody Bag for all guests. Total ARV of each First Prize: $4,450.00. The Private Screening will be held at a date, time period and location as scheduled by Sponsor. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility including, but not limited to, transportation and parking. Winner, Host (if applicable) and Guests or their parents/legal guardians, as appropriate, of the Private Screening must sign a consent to publicity (where permitted by law), liability waiver, and release form as a condition of attending the Private Screening. Each first prize winner, the Host (if applicable) and all Guests of the Private Screenings agree to observe all Federal, state, and/or local laws, rules or regulations as a condition of participating in the Private Screening. If the Private Screening or any component thereof is unable to take place as scheduled for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor's sole responsibility to the Winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the Private Screening, and no substitution will be provided for any unawarded portion of the Private Screening. No substitutions or transfers of First Prize permitted, except as provided herein. Each First Prize Winner may elect to receive $4,450 (awarded as a check to winner) in lieu of the prize package described above.

       Limit one (1) grand prize or first prize per person, household, and/or email address for the Sweepstakes. Total ARV of Grand Prize and ten (10) First Prizes combined: $54,800.00.

     • Instant Win Prizes:

       1. 250 instant win Game prizes each consisting of six (6) movie tickets and six (6) Lunch Bag Goody Bags are available to be awarded. ARV: $168.00 ea.
       2. 120,000 instant win Game prizes each consisting of one (1) High School Musical 3 Music Download are available to be awarded. ARV: $0.99 ea.

       If you don’t receive one of the preceding instant win Game prizes, you’ll receive one (1) High School Musical 3 Poster Download. The High School Musical 3 Music Download may be subject to certain terms and conditions. See www.Disney.com for details.

       Odds of winning any Game prize depend on the number of eligible game plays received and the timing of such game plays. There will be one computer generated winning time per Game prize. Total ARV of all instant win Game prizes: $160,800.00. Limit one (1) Instant Win Game Prize (except music download prize) per person, household, and/or email address for the duration of the Promotion.

     • Total ARV of all available prizes in this Promotion (Instant Win and Sweepstakes combined): $215,600.00.If any prize in this Promotion, whether, Instant Win or Sweepstakes, is won by a minor, it will be awarded, on the minor’s behalf, to a parent or legal guardian of the minor who must sign and return any required documents in accordance with these Official Rules.
     • No transfers, substitutions, or cash equivalent of prizes permitted by winners except as provided herein with respect to First Prizes in the Sweepstakes, and as follows: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or component thereof of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion, if an advertised prize, or component thereof, becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prizes and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. A prize consists of only those items specifically listed herein as part of the prize. All prize details not specified will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All prizes are awarded “as is”, with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Please allow 6-8 weeks for shipment of six (6) movie tickets and six (6) Lunch Bag Goody Bags prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
   • Entry Code Limits: All Entry Codes are subject to verification in accordance with these Official Rules (see Rule 10). Entry Codes or entries cannot be assigned or transferred to or shared with a third party or auctioned or sold through an online auction site or other method. Possession of an Entry Code does not constitute proof of entering. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to Entry Code entry are final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to limit the number of invalid entry attempts on a daily basis, or alter or modify any posted code entry limits, at any time and without prior notice.
   • Verification of Entry Codes: All Entry Codes are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its authorized agents. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used for verification purposes. Entry Codes will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures, or if determined by Sponsor and its agents in their sole discretion to be any of the following: duplicated, photocopied, reproduced, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, cut, torn, erased or blank in whole or in part, illegible in whole or in part, smudged, disassembled or altered from the form in which it was issued, stolen, assigned, transferred, shared, bartered, traded or auctioned (including through an online Internet auction site), unissued, unauthorized, illegitimately obtained; i.e., through means other than retail purchase or free entry request, or if they fail to contain special markings, inks and/or security codes that may be applied by Sponsor at the time of production, or if they contain an unauthorized message, code or other marking not issued by Sponsor for use in the Promotion, or if defective or if they contain or reflect computer hardware, software or printing or other mechanical or production errors or are printed or produced in error. No entry will be provided for any Entry Code deemed void for any reason, including without limitation, the following: Entry Code is not verified or recognized as a valid Entry Code issued by the Sponsor in the Promotion; or Entry Code is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted. Sponsor shall have no obligation to the holder of any void Entry Code. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, elect to replace an illegible Entry Code with a replacement Entry Code if deemed appropriate upon request, while supplies last. Sponsor reserves the right to inspect and examine any illegible Entry Codes prior to issuing a replacement. Replacements shall be issued at Sponsor's sole discretion and may be denied in the event of non-compliance with these rules. Sponsor may change its policy or set limitations and restrictions on replacements at any time and without notice.
   • Eligibility: Promotion open only to legal United States residents (excluding residents of Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington D.C. and the U.S. territories and possessions) who have a valid e-mail account and internet access prior to the beginning of the Entry Period. Void outside the jurisdictions listed above and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of The Walt Disney Company, Sara Lee Corporation, Administrator, and all of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, printers, advertising, promotional or judging agencies, webmaster and all other parties involved in any aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution and/or fulfillment of the Promotion and the immediate family members of such individuals (defined as parent, child, sibling or spouse of any of the foregoing, including step-parent, step-child or step-sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Groups, clubs or organizations are not permitted to participate in the Promotion or distribute any portion of these Official Rules. Participation constitutes entrant’s (or entrant’s parent’s/guardian’s, as appropriate) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Administrator’s and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Participants not abiding by these rules, as determined by Administrator or Sponsor, may be disqualified.
   • General: Entrants in the Promotion (or entrants’ parents/guardians, as appropriate) assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, or misdirection of materials/mail/email submitted to Sponsor. By participating in this Promotion, entrants (or entrants’ parents/guardians, as appropriate) agree that all prizes are awarded upon the condition that Sara Lee Corporation, The Walt Disney Company, the Administrator, and all of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, distributors, advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of each of the foregoing, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in this Promotion or participation in any Promotion-related activities (including travel related thereto) and further acknowledge that said Released Parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or component thereof, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. As a condition of entering, each entrant (or entrant’s parent/guardian, as appropriate) agrees and acknowledges that: (1) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, to the extent permitted by law; (2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Georgia applying Georgia law; and (3) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees.
     The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical errors, security, technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, or un-delivered, late, postage-due or illegible mail whether caused by Sponsor, entrant, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by technical or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, and/or which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the Promotion and/or redeem prizes in the Promotion or any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes that may corrupt or impair the administration, prize redemption, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, including but not limited to attempts to hack into or otherwise tamper with underlying source code/programming of the Promotion. Each winner and winner’s parent/guardian, as appropriate, may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within time specified by Sponsor. By accepting prizes, each winner and winner’s parent/guardian, as appropriate, agree that Sponsor and its designees may use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to the Internet, without review, further notification or approval, or further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
     Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this Promotion should, in its sole discretion, human error, virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, publicity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. If Promotion is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, award any remaining prizes from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to the time/date of termination, or in any manner deemed fair and reasonable by Sponsor. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, seeding, printing, digital, programming, or other failures, errors or causes of any kind, result in more than the indicated quantity of prizes to be available and/or claimed on or in connection with a given day of the Promotional Period, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the prizes allocated as stated in these Official Rules for that particular day by a random drawing among all legitimate eligible prize claimants for that day of the Entry Period. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or Web Site. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor/Sponsor representatives.

   • Data Collection: Except as noted in these Official Rules, information collected from entrants shall be used only for the purpose of administration of the Promotion, and will not be re-used, sold, or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties.
